Previously, Michael managed business development for the City of Seattle (WA) and held a similar role with the City of Tacoma (WA) during its renaissance. His experience covers all aspects of economic development, including growing and developing industry sectors, downtown revitalization, business recruitment and retention, and business district development. Michael’s additional experiences include branding, cultivating strategic investments, community development and capital infrastructure projects. He speaks to international audiences and has consulted to a number of cities.
